Here’s a friendly, clear guide to how things work at Atelier 2.5 Magdalena M Kaminska. Let’s keep it simple (and maybe a little fun)!

• Copyright & Usage
  • I retain the copyright for all images, as per the Copyright and Patents Act of 1988.
  • Copying, scanning, or screen-grabbing without permission? Nope!
  • Once you’ve bought your portraits, you get a personal-use license. Feel free to share with family, friends, or update those acting/model portfolios. Just remember: no selling or passing them to third parties without my OK.
• No Alterations
  • Complimentary digital files are yours to enjoy, but no filters or edits without checking with me first—these photos are representation of my style and are my artwork too!
• Model Release Form
  • During your consultation, I’ll ask you to sign a model release form (totally voluntary).
  • If you’d rather keep your portraits private and not use them for marketing or social media, just let me know in writing when you book. No pressure!
• Booking & Payments
  • Your session fee secures your spot and kicks off the creative process. It’s non-refundable but fully transferable if you give at least 5 days’ notice (unless there’s an illness or emergency, of course).
  • Feeling unwell? Let’s reschedule. I want everyone to look and feel their best in front of the camera!
• Cameras & Recordings
  • Sorry, but no outside cameras or video recording during your session—let’s keep the magic in the moment!
